9th Circ. Revives ADA Claims Against Bechtel

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 5:38 PM EDT) -- An appeals court panel has revived some of the discrimination claims of a former Bechtel Construction Co. ironworker who accused the company of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to accommodate his work-related injury and then laying him off in retaliation.
