Chinese Pencil, Sparkler Duties To Be Reviewed

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 7:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to launch five-year reviews into whether the government should continue to levy anti-dumping duties on imported Chinese pencils and party sparklers.

The ITC announced both reviews Monday in notices published in the Federal Register. Chinese sparklers and pencils have long been subject to duties that have been steadily renewed at their five-year reviews.
