Feds Blast Aeropostale's Bid For Kickback Evidence

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 12:37 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Wednesday criticized South Bay Apparel Inc.'s request for more detailed information regarding charges that the apparel supplier received more than $350 million in business from Aeropostale Inc. through a kickback scheme, describing the bid as an attempt to see key evidence months before trial.
