Class Can't Kill Plaintiffs Atty's AWP Ban Appeal

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has shot down a class' request to nix the appeal of embattled plaintiffs attorney Donald Haviland of Haviland Hughes LLC, who is fighting a lower court's order barring him from serving as class counsel in any federal litigation involving challenges to average wholesale price drug schemes.
