FBI Raids Airline's U.S. Headquarters

Law360, New York (March 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A year after raiding the offices of All Nippon Airways over suspected price-fixing of passenger surcharges, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation once again raided the airline's North American offices on Thursday.

Federal agents searched the airline's Los Angeles customer relations and service office, freezing its ticket reservation activities for several hours. ANA could not confirm the reason for the investigation since the FBI’s search warrant was under seal.
