Chemtura Judge Mulls $20M Set-Aside For Pentair

Law360, New York (November 08, 2010, 6:49 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing Chemtura Corp.'s bankruptcy is mulling whether to rope off $20 million for Pentair Water Pool and Spa Inc. to serve as insurance while the company appeals a ruling concerning a reserve fund.

Judge Robert E. Gerber heard arguments on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on whether to set aside cash and stock for the benefit of a liability claim against Pentair worth as much as $39 million.
