Law360, New York (November 09, 2010, 4:32 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Criminal Enforcement has launched an investigation into a Tesoro Corp. refinery in Washington state where an April 2 explosion killed seven workers and resulted in a $2.39 million fine.
EPA spokesman Mark MacIntyre confirmed Tuesday that the agency's criminal division has opened an investigation into the Anacortes, Wash., facility.
