Chemtura Judge Blocks $20M Set-Aside For Pentair

Law360, New York (November 09, 2010, 2:53 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing Chemtura Corp.'s bankruptcy has denied Pentair Water Pool and Spa Inc.'s request to rope off $20 million to serve as insurance and halt payments to creditors while Pentair appeals a ruling concerning a reserve fund.
