NLRB Sides With Fired News-Press Reporters

Law360, New York (March 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board plans to prosecute the Santa Barbara News-Press for improperly firing seven of its reporters who voted to unionize.

The board said last week it tacked on five new allegations of unfair labor practices to its complaints initiated against the newspaper in December.
