3 More Indicted In Display Tube Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 11:42 AM EST) -- A federal grand jury has indicted three South Korean former executives from a pair of companies, accusing them of taking part in an international conspiracy to fix prices on color display tubes used in computer monitors.
