Court Refuses To Award $10M In Bid-Rigging Suit

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 1:46 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to impose nearly $10 million in damages and penalties on a Belgian company and one of its executives for conspiring to rig bids and fix prices for transporting the household goods of U.S. military and Department of Defense personnel overseas.
