Lockheed, Maersk, Others Sued Over Engine System IP

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 6:33 PM EST) -- Condatis LLC on Thursday accused 40 companies — including Lockheed Martin Corp., Maersk Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. — of infringing a patent for an engine management system.

Plano, Texas-based Condatis filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, asserting U.S. Patent Number 5,450,321, titled “Interactive dynamic real-time management system for powered vehicles” and issued in 1995.
