Exxon Workers' Testimony Upheld In Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 4:53 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing a $12 million race and religious discrimination suit against Exxon Mobil Corp. has refused to nix several portions of affidavits submitted by three former employees fighting the oil giant's summary judgment bid.
