Calif. Bluetooth Action To Join Wi-Lan's Suits In Texas

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 1:53 PM EST) -- An AliphCom lawsuit seeking a declaration that two Wi-Lan Inc. patents covering Bluetooth technology are invalid has been sent to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, where cases involving alleged infringement of the same patents are already underway.
