Fed. Circ. Dismisses Verizon Noninfringement Case

Law360, New York (March 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court on Monday affirmed a dismissal of a patent noninfringement claim against Broadcom Corp. because the patents in question are at the center of litigation pending in other jurisdictions.
