SG To Participate In Cigna High Court Pension Fight

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 2:23 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to allow the acting solicitor general to participate in oral arguments in a dispute over a court order that awarded additional benefits to a class of Cigna Corp. employees who sued the health care giant over changes to its retirement plan.
