ITC Justifies Chinese Water Treatment Chemical Duties

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 2:02 PM EST) -- The expiration of anti-dumping duties on potassium permanganate from China would seriously harm the domestic industry, the U.S. International Trade Commission has found, detailing its decision to keep a 129 percent duty on the water treatment chemical.

The 66-page report, made public by the agency Monday, comes after the commissioners voted 6-0 in September to keep the duties in place.
