Softchoice To Intervene In Google-DOI Contract Fight

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 4:11 PM EST) -- A reseller of Microsoft Corp. cloud computing software has won the right to intervene in Google Inc.'s preaward bid protest against the federal government over a network services contract that allegedly was predestined to go to Microsoft.

Judge Susan G. Braden issued an approval order Monday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, just hours after Softchoice Corp. asked to enter the case as a defendant intervenor.
