Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 5:21 PM ET) -- A federal judge has limited discovery in a consolidated antitrust fight claiming tomato processors fixed prices in the U.S. market, ruling that unfettered discovery now could interfere with a parallel criminal case against the former CEO of SK Foods LP.
In an order filed Friday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Edmund F. Brennan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted the U.S. Department of Justice's bid for a partial six-month stay of four consolidated antitrust cases.
