Sidley Austin Nets Antitrust Litigator

Law360, New York (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sidley Austin LLP has pulled in a seasoned antitrust trial lawyer who will focus his practice on antitrust and commercial litigation.

Samuel R. Miller has come onboard as a litigation partner at Sidley’s San Francisco office from Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, where he tried antitrust, securities and intellectual property matters. In one of the government’s largest antitrust cases, he served as special trial counsel in the suit brought by the U.S. Department of Justice’s antitrust division against Microsoft Corp. in 1994.
