Sony Hit With Patent Suit Over Kiddie Keyboards

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 1:06 PM EST) -- A Florida inventor has sued Sony Electronics Inc., accusing the company of ripping off his idea for a small keyboard to be used by children and adults with small hands who would struggle to use traditional keyboards.

In a suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, inventor Dennis Nusser said Sony went ahead and produced their own version of his product after he offered to set up a licensing deal with the company.
