Calif. Nurses Lose Wage Class Action Appeal

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 5:29 PM EST) -- A California appeals court has upheld a ruling in favor of the Hospital Association of Southern California and several hospitals belonging to the group in a class action alleging they conspired to depress nurse wages throughout Southern California in violation of the Cartwright Act.
