Jury Award Trimmed In FedEx Flight Data Patent Row

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 5:12 PM ET) -- A federal judge has chipped away at a jury verdict that found FedEx Corp. infringed a host of patents for a flight data system held by Harris Corp., ruling that the jury's conclusion that the shipping giant willfully infringed four of the patents-in-suit was not adequately supported by evidence.
