Obama Nominates 6 For District Court Posts Across US

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 12:50 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has nominated a slate of six candidates, including business litigators and assistant U.S. attorneys, to take on district court judgeships in New York, California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

The nominees include Vincent L. Briccetti, currently heading up Briccetti Calhoun & Lawrence LLP, for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; Judge John A.
