Fed Pushes Volcker Rule Compliance Schedule

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 5:29 PM EST) -- The Federal Reserve Board is requesting comment on a proposal to set a defined schedule for implementation of the Volcker Rule, a piece of financial reform legislation that will restrict banks' abilities to engage in proprietary trading.
