Financier Bruteyn Loses Post-Trial Acquittal Bids

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 12:48 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed two motions for post-trial acquittal from Dallas financier Jeffrey Charles Bruteyn, convicted in April of bilking investors of more than $50 million by claiming to be an investment guru with a slew of degrees from august universities.
