FERC Enforcement Actions Decrease In FY2010

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 3:37 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said it wrested $31 million in civil penalties from violators in fiscal year 2010, a decline from the previous year, but that it would continue to focus its enforcement on market manipulation and anti-competitive behavior.
