Litigation To Hold Steady In 2011

Law360, New York (December 27, 2010, 11:19 AM EST) -- Litigation is expected to stay on track in 2011, building upon a modest increase in 2010 following the lows of the recession years. But even as business activity continues to return to normal levels, a radical jump in the volume of lawsuits hitting the courts this year is unlikely, industry watchers say.
