Engineer Seeks To Revive $96M Northrop FCA Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 3:01 PM EST) -- An engineer who filed a False Claims Act suit alleging Lockheed Martin Corp. and Northrop Grumman Ship Systems Inc. bilked the U.S. Coast Guard out of $96 million by delivering defective patrol boats is asking a federal judge to reinstate claims against the latter company.
