Chinese MCB Maker Fights Duties

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 5:22 PM EST) -- RHI Refractories Liaoning Co. Ltd. has filed three complaints against the U.S. government, challenging a U.S. Department of Commerce finding that the company sold magnesia carbon bricks from China at less than fair value.

The company is seeking a declaration that Commerce's final anti-dumping duty determination and imposition of an anti-dumping order was unlawful, according to the complaints RHI lodged in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday.
