FCA Settlements Top $3B In FY2010

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 4:52 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday announced that it recovered approximately $3 billion in civil False Claims Act settlements during fiscal year 2010, including $2.5 billion in health care fraud recoveries, the largest single-year health care fraud haul in the department's history.
