MCS Wants Air Force Telecom Contract Stalled

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 6:10 PM EST) -- Mission Critical Solutions Inc. has asked a court to block the U.S. Air Force from awarding a telecommunications services contract pending a lawsuit over the allegedly unlawful decertification of MCS as eligible for Historically Underutilized Business Zone status.

MCS is likely to win on the merits of the underlying suit and would suffer irreparable harm in the absence of an injunction, it argued Monday in a motion filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
