Palm Wins Stay In Case Brought By RIM Nemesis

Law360, New York (March 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mobile computing company Palm Inc. won a stay of proceedings in the patent infringement litigation brought by NTP, the company that successfully sued Blackberry maker Research in Motion, Palm said Thursday.

The court also granted Palm's motion to strike the portion of NTP's complaint alleging misbehavior at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Palm said.
