Farmer Groups Push High Court To Review Tyson Case

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 5:28 PM EST) -- A coalition of farmer groups has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take another look at a fight between a poultry farmer and Tyson Farms Inc., arguing that a recent decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit improperly treated the Packers and Stockyards Act as just another antitrust law.
