SunCal Asks 2nd Circ. To Lift Stay In Lehman Ch. 11

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 1:59 PM EST) -- California real estate developer SunCal Cos. asked appeals court judges Monday for a ruling allowing the company's bankrupt affiliates to challenge the priority of claims filed by bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., which provided as much as $1.5 billion in debt financing for the SunCal projects.
