ITC OKs Georgia-Pacific 337 Deal With Draco

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 7:37 PM EST) -- U.S. International Trade Commission investigators gave their blessing Monday to a settlement that puts to rest Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP's allegations that Ontario-based Draco Hygienic Products Inc. imported hands-free paper towel dispensers that infringe four of the Atlanta company’s patents.

The terms of the deal, which bars Draco and four other respondents from importing devices that infringe Georgia-Pacific's patents, are not contrary to the public interest and are consistent with the commission's rules, Lynn I.
