Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 2:07 PM ET) -- Three companies, including breast implant maker Allergan Inc. and alarm system maker Robert Bosch LLC, are facing accusations from Kilt Resources LLC that they used expired patents to mark their products.
Allergan marked its CUI brand tissue expanders with two patents that expired in 1997 and 1998, while Bosch used a patent that expired in 2007 to mark a motion detection intrusion system, Kilts said in complaints lodged Monday and Tuesday, respectively, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
