Marvell Can't Shield Witness In CMU Disk Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 1:30 PM ET) -- Marvell Technology Group Ltd. has lost a discovery battle in a patent infringement suit brought by Carnegie Mellon University over disk technology and now must provide a witness to testify about the semiconductor maker's corporate structure and tax strategy.
