RBC Asks High Court To Review $65M Securities Verdict

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 7:01 PM EST) -- RBC Capital Markets LLC has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to rule on whether an appeals court violated the Seventh Amendment and precedents in overturning a $65 million jury verdict against the former owners of two apparel businesses accused of breaking an oral agreement in a securities sale.
