Judge Reversal Neuters Antitrust Claims Against IGT

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 5:09 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a ruling that had bolstered Bally Technologies' counterclaims in an infringement suit over several casino game patents brought by International Game Technology, effectively torpedoing the antitrust portion of the suit.
