Antitrust Claims Fail In Hawaii, Guam Shipping MDL

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 3:47 PM EST) -- Shipping giants Horizon Lines LLC and Matson Navigation Co. Inc. have again won the dismissal of class action claims in multidistrict litigation alleging they colluded to increase fuel surcharges and divvy up customers on shipping routes to Hawaii and Guam.
