Isilon Shareholder Sues To Block $2.25B EMC Merger

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 6:32 PM EST) -- An Isilon Systems Inc. shareholder has filed a proposed class action to stop EMC Corp.'s $2.25 billion proposed acquisition of the company, a provider of so-called scale-out network-attached storage systems for data management.

Isilon shareholder Craig Laub filed a complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington claiming the offer price undervalues the quickly growing company and unfairly shuts out other offers.
