Ohio High Court Reverses Order Allowing Sunoco Plant

Law360, New York (December 02, 2010, 6:51 PM ET) -- Ohio’s highest court has reversed an administrative board’s order that paved the way for a Sunoco Inc. unit to build a coke manufacturing plant near houses and a school in Monroe, Ohio, arguing that the board failed to consider the facility’s potential environmental risks.
