US Ends Long-Running Fight Over $63M NIH Project

Law360, New York (December 02, 2010, 4:32 PM ET) -- The U.S. government has settled a long-running dispute with a construction contractor that sued to recover costs associated with myriad changes to a $63 million project at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md.

Attorneys for the government and the contractor, Bell BCI Co., submitted a joint stipulation of dismissal to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday, ending seven years of litigation.
