US Expands Case Over $22M Wireless Device Scheme

Law360, New York (December 2, 2010, 8:17 PM EST) -- U.S. prosecutors are targeting new defendants in their criminal case alleging more than a dozen individuals defrauded AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile USA Inc. and wireless device insurer Asurion Protection Services LLC by obtaining more than $22 million in wireless devices without paying for them.
