Bentley Receiver Asks High Court To Hear Ponzi Suit

Law360, New York (December 2, 2010, 7:51 PM EST) -- The receiver for Bentley Financial Services Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit decision that reversed a lower court's judgment in favor of the receiver, letting several financial firms off the hook in a fraud accessory case filed in the aftermath of the $370 million Bentley Ponzi scheme.
