Residents Sue EPA Over Murphy Oil Refinery Emissions

Law360, New York (December 03, 2010, 5:33 PM ET) -- A group of Louisiana residents has launched a suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency seeking to force it to review a permit for a Murphy Oil Inc. refinery that the group says violates Clean Air Act standards.
