Judge Deals Setback To $8M HoneyBaked Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:13 PM EST) -- A judge has tossed most of HoneyBaked Foods Inc.'s arguments in an $8 million insurance coverage case that it brought against Affiliated FM Insurance Co. after the discovery of a pathogenic bacterium in several production runs of its ham and turkey products.
