15-Year Sentence Reinstated For National Century Exec

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 3:40 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Ohio resentenced an ex-vice chairman of National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. to 15 years in prison for his role in a $1.9 billion securities fraud Friday, even though an appeals court vacated the money laundering conviction against him.
