US Asks Supreme Court To Reject Contractor's Fee Suit

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 7:12 PM EST) -- The Office of the Solicitor General has urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to consider Rothe Development Corp.'s bid to overturn a lower court's finding that the government need not cover the company's legal bills for its successful challenge to a U.S. Department of Defense policy favoring minority-owned contractors.
